My Methodology:

• I naturally lean into highly structured, Type-A workflows and standard operating procedures. I treat hiring as a precise science, ensuring every candidate evaluation is consistent, objective, and scalable.

• I hold a Master of Science in Counseling & Human Development.  This background gives me a distinct advantage in navigating organizational dynamics, reading between the lines during interviews, and understanding the motivations of top-tier talent.

I intentionally limit the number of clients I take on at any given time to ensure that your business receives my dedicated focus and white-glove service.

When I’m not building hiring pipelines or consulting on talent strategy, you can find me spending quality time with my family, riding my Peloton or curling up with a great book.
