I founded Pearl Search to give companies senior-level recruiting expertise without the overhead of a full-time hire: embedded, fractional TA support and project-based consulting, delivered directly by me. No hand-offs to junior sourcers. You get the full benefit of my experience on every engagement.

My Methodology

• I lean into highly structured, Type-A workflows and standard operating procedures. I treat hiring as a precise science — every candidate evaluation should be consistent, objective, and scalable.

• I hold a Master of Science in Counseling & Human Development, which gives me a distinct edge in reading organizational dynamics, understanding what's really driving a candidate's decision, and navigating the human side of hiring that pure process can't capture.

I intentionally limit the number of clients I take on at any time, so your business gets my full, dedicated focus.

When I'm not building hiring pipelines or consulting on talent strategy, you'll find me spending time with my family, riding my Peloton, or curling up with a great book.
